“In the 1860 Federal Census of Marion County, KY, page 26, line 13, household #179-174, his household is listed as follows: Henry Lyons, 48, farmer, real estate valued at $2000 and personal estate valued at $1,000, born in Maryland; Isabella Lyons, 40, born in KY; John P. Johnston, 16, personal estate valued at $800, born in KY; and Amanda Clements, 21, personal estate valued at $800, born in KY. His next-door neighbors were: Nancy (Cusick) Smith and Constantine and Cynthia (Cambron) Cecil.”194

Of note, the Cambrons and Mattinglys were early neighbors in early Kentucky, marrying into each other’s families.
