William died intestate. John Bankson and Thomas W. Tallman were administrators of his estate.2339 It should be noted that William’s brother, Andrew Bankson, Jr., was a witness for the guardianship of the minor Thomas W. Tallman in the probate of the father in Evesham, Burlington County, New Jersey in 1783.
